Brian Branda, CLU, ChFC, CFP®, MSFS Mr. Branda has over 28 years experience in the financial services industry. He specializes in providing comprehensive business, estate and retirement planning services for individuals, professionals and owners of small to medium sized businesses. He graduated with a B.A. in History from the University of Texas - Austin in 1975. He began his career in the Financial Services Industry in 1979. Brian became a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) in 1984, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM certificant in 1986 and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) in 1988. In June, 2001 he completed the requirements for obtaining a Masters of Science in Financial Services (MSFS).
Brian Branda is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative of Equity Services, Inc. and offers securities in Texas. He is also insurance-licensed in Texas.
Prior to the formation of Branda Financial Services, he was a principal in Seger-Branda Financial Services, which was established in 1984.

Mr. Branda is a past member of the board of the ART League of Houston.
Michael J. Branda, CFP®, CLU, ChFC Mr. Branda has over 18 years experience in the financial services industry. He specializes in providing comprehensive financial planning services for individuals and the design of business continuation plans and employee benefit programs for small to medium sized businesses. Mr. Branda received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of St. Thomas, Houston, Texas.
He is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative of Equity Services, Inc. and offers securities in Texas and Kentucky.
He earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM certification from the College of Financial Planning, Denver CO. in 1993. He earned his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations from the American College, Bryn Mawr, PA. in 1992. He holds licenses for Group 1 Life/Health, Variable, and Health Maintenance (HMO) in the State of Texas.

He is a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals of which he has served on the Board of Directors, Houston Chapter.
Community Service
Mr. Branda is the current Chairman of the Board of Directors for Opera in The Heights, a non-profit, professional, regional opera company serving the Greater Houston Area with quality opera and concert performances in an intimate setting.
Past Chairman of the Board for SER Jobs for Progress of the Texas Gulf Coast, a 501(c) organization providing employment services primarily in the Hispanic Communities of the Texas Gulf Coast.
Past member of the University of St. Thomas Board of Directors, where he served on the Executive Committee. He also served as President of the University's Alumni Board of Directors.
Mr. Branda is a member of Leadership Houston's Graduating Class XIX. The mission of Leadership Houston is to identify and develop leaders representative of the greater Houston community.
Pat Miksch, ACS, FLMI Mrs. Miksch began her career in the Financial Services Industry in 1957. She has managed the Branda Financial Services office since the firm's inception in 1984. Pat completed the requirements for the Associate, Customer Service (ACS), in 1994 and the Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI), in 1997. She is independent of Equity Services, Inc.
